Unexpected challenges but friendly staff

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. They went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable amidst the minor inconveniences.

Unfortunately, our room was not very clean, with noticeable hair and lint on the floor and beds. This, along with a noisy elevator, detracted from our enjoyment.

Dogs barking in the night was disruptive.

Lobby renovation is needed, room doors require better soundproofing for privacy!!! Scratched doors and outdated furniture suggest a lack of maintenance attention. WiFi access issues could be streamlined better!!!

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and decent amenities. While the breakfast had some hit-or-miss items, I enjoyed my time. A few negatives included a broken bathroom door and loud hallways at night, but overall, it was a good value for the price.

Our stay was surprisingly good, especially the hardwood floors! The breakfast exceeded my expectations, and the refrigerator was a lifesaver for our family. I would choose this place again for sure!

Family's Unexpected Stay

Honestly better than what I expected. Comfortable beds and the breakfast was pretty good! I never thought I'd enjoy sleeping in a hotel for one night but woke up refreshed, not stuffy like some dives.

I loved the spacious room with the comfy king bed! 😍 The location was great, but the hallways could definitely be cleaner. A few maintenance issues, too.

Staying just a stone's throw from The Cozy Cafe, we dove into some epic pancakes that made my taste buds do a happy dance. Plus, the staff was super friendly, making our stay feel less like a hotel and more like home. Can't forget the clean sheets, perfect for catching those z's!

Now, on the flip side, the room was seriously run down—think squeaky beds and a musty smell. And let's not talk about the dude chugging milk straight from the carton while putting back questionable food. yikes! The shower was iffy, too, barely draining. Still, gotta love the local vibe!

Great location made it easy to explore the area, and the comfortable king-size bed stood out as a highlight. The laminate flooring is a nice touch, avoiding the usual carpet issues. However, thin walls and a loud air conditioning unit made for a less than restful night. Maintenance needs attention, too, as there were signs of wear throughout.

During my stay, I loved the easy walk to The Cozy Cafe, where I indulged in some amazing pancakes, and I was just a short stroll away from the scenic Rocky Top Trail that offered breathtaking views of the area. it's important to note that while the front desk staff were friendly, the overall cleanliness and maintenance could use some improvement.

We enjoyed water skiing and hitting the golf course, both just a short trip away. The staff was incredibly friendly, making our stay even better. Just a heads up, it can get a bit noisy, but it's all part of the fun!

The lobby had a strong lingering smell of weed every evening, which was quite unpleasant.

The pool wasn’t opened during my stay, which was disappointing. The bed lacked comfort and the room doors offered little in terms of soundproofing, leading to interruptions from guests passing by. Windows didn’t lock properly, raising security concerns, while a faulty remote added frustration during downtime. WiFi access involved incorrect passwords and the issue persisted. Overall, the experience was less than relaxing.
